Merry Go Round cake design is a perfect celebration cake design for the young ones. You can get quirky and play with various colours or stick to ombre shades, same as what we did in this project. The structure of the carousel will be dealt with different techniques that can be applied to your other cake designs in the future. Christina will guide you through on how to effectively achieve vertical stripes on your cake (which can easily be turned to horizontal stripes) as well as discussing various piping strokes to create the classic English over piping look on your cake.
