This Lemon and Blossom class will teach you how to create a Lemon design on your cake not by using molds and other similar tools but by simply using your coloured buttercream and basic cake tools. In this class, Christina will teach you how to create these two dimensional lemons. From creating the outline, to the shape, to creating a 2D depth to the realistic blended colours and lemon textures. Christina will make sure to discuss all the fundamentals so that after this class, you will be able to create on your cake other 2-dimensional fruits of your choice.
