Bean Paste frosting is an amazing alternative to any type of buttercream using white beans. Sweetened white bean paste (백앙금 baek ahng geum) is a yummy and a vegan alternative too.
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
* You can use any type of white beans. (white kidney beans (Cannellini beans), lima beans, etc.)
* To save you time, you can also use the ones available in the tin cans as they are already cooked.
* If you want to use natural colours, you can think of alternatives to use like peas for Green, pumpkin for Orange, cassava, yam for Purple..can you think of anything else?
* To make the colours lighter or to achieve pastel shades, you can add condensed milk and repeat the same process as above.
